The heat is on!! Here's a thread to show your support for Ronnie Raymond, Martin Stein and Jason Rusch





Sadly after Legends of Tomorrow (with Ronnie/Stein as the latest duo and Jason on support) Firestorm has been underused for a while, only having a somewhat major role in Doomsday Clock. Last appearance was showing up helping in Dark Crisis and getting sent to a dream world for a bit but we don't get to see that perspective. Here's hoping 2023 brings us a better show for Ronnie and co since Lazarus Planet seems to include him with a proper story!

To get more into detail regarding Lazarus Planet, from the issue's preview ("And will the flame of Firestorm burn out yet another horrific host?") and the writer's own tweet regarding the situation,



it sounds like Stein getting the boot out of the matrix and the new Firestorm being Ronnie and someone else. What do you guys think? Jason coming back or an entirely new character?

it sounds like Stein getting the boot out of the matrix and the new Firestorm being Ronnie and someone else. What do you guys think? Jason coming back or an entirely new character?

To get people interested, I imagine it's going to be a new character. Especially the way they teased it, if it were going to be Jason, I imagine they'd just say Jason but add some other wrinkle to entice people.

I'm not too big on Firestorm lore, but is there an established character that would be interesting?

Maybe Ronnie and Lorraine duo? lol She did fuse with Jason for a bit. Or maybe even Doreen Day and they get to implement the ex-girlfriend on your head idea after all these years! Or if it's another dude maybe Jax to tie in to the TV series (tho it has been a while so it'd be weird to do it now).

Lazarus Planet Alpha teaser still only mentions Ronnie as part of Firestorm so they're really keeping the new partner hidden.

I prefer Killer Frost in her gown and jewelry. The newer version is too ordinary.

I like both Firestorm and Firehawk -- don't know why they don't get used more.

And the combination I like it the most is Ronnie/Jason.
