HOLY MOLY! That's alot of pages for a comic.

324!?! That's about three times the size of most British hardback annuals (which are usually between 96 and 128 pages)!
And published in October 1941, which is pre-War for the US (Pearl Harbor was in December). By that time the UK had already been at war for two years, so our comics were either cancelled or shrunk down - The Dandy and The Beano, launched in 1937 and 1938 respectively with 28 pages, were reduced to 12 pages, while it's sister title Magic launched in 1939, closed (a pretty major loss, since Beano still exists and Dandy only closed in 2012 - Magic would've probably survived until at least the 1990s had it not been sacrificed to save paper). A book like Xmas Comics would've been impossible, and I'd guess the war was why there was never an issue 2.
