With all of these YouTube channels showcasing AI art featuring Asian females, I'm surprised no one has made a Silk-focused AI art video yet. There are a few AI art videos on YouTube of Asian females in Spider-Man outfits, but none of them are dressed as Silk. It seems like a no-brainer and a missed opportunity to me.

Sorry, Silk isn't popular enough (yet, perhaps if they feature her outside of the comic books) for that. Outside of North American Comic Book fans, most people don't know she exists.

That's on Marvel for not doing more promotion of her outside the relatively niche market that is comic books (and a few mobile games like Marvel Future Fight, Avengers Academy, and Spider-Man Unlimited).

Yeah, Silk was added to Avengers Alliance way back in 2015. Definitely not a NEW character.

Avengers Alliance was good at adding characters soon after their debuts. Kamala Khan was in the game too - she and Cindy debuted at around the same time, the ASM arc after Cindy's intro, and before the first Spider-Verse, was Peter doing a two issue team up with Kamala - the character's second, since she teams up with Wolverine in her own book's first arc.

The final two characters added before the game closed down were Lady Thor and White Tiger. Jane as Thor debuted a few months after Kamala and Cindy. That version of White Tiger was created for the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon, so was also relatively new. In the comics she was in Al Ewing's Avengers books. Also the final event was Secret Wars, which had just happened in the comics.

Instead of launching Avengers Alliance 2 for mobile, what they should have focused on is converting the Flash-based Avengers Alliance 1 to HTML5 and updating the mobile version to have all the content of the web version. Maybe then, they would've survived, and still been available now. That sequel only lasted a few months, and killed both the game, and the developer, Playdom.

It might be revived soon though - unofficially.
