The "current" dates for upcoming issues at last check were:

Issue #7 = Oct 24th, 2023
Issue #8 = Nov 28th, 2023
Issue #9 = Dec 19th, 2023

Soliciting issue #10 for December 19th as well once again shows there's no communication between DC's various departments.

It's possible there's poor communication between departments as well as DC to distributors, but it's also possible DC just doesn't have anything firm on their end. If that's the case, DC is probably using the plan that makes them look the least bad and keep sales from taking on a book with considerable delays.
