Case-by-case. Spider-Man works well with the full mask, Spoiler didn't. That said, I think I like the half mask more than the domino.

How so? Just because of the full black face and white eyes?

Something about the art style was uncanny valley; she looked more like a weird robot than a person with a mask and hood (or a cheap Raven knockoff, sometimes). The blue mask also clashed with the hood. The update, where she has the hood but the half mask (getting rid of the weird eye effect), I think kept what worked and fixed what didn't.

Honestly, the ponytail peeking through the black mask was always a pretty weird apperance for me. I was never a fan of that.

To be clear, I like the half-mask more than the complete black mask, but I'm not really a fan of any of them. I would prefer the Bat cowl (or even a domino mask with bat ears).

That was a pretty shortlived look wasn't it? For most of her time as Spoiler with the Spider-Man style mask, her hair wasn't visible at all.
