I agree, I thought about it too, but who will be the characters in all the covers? Black Canary, Connor, Emiko, Mia? But it's still missing characters, right?

God if Waller’s big plan post Dark Crisis involved “The Peacecorp” I would laugh.

Huh I just now realized Peacemaker menacing Green Arrow is actually a pretty genius move, since Peacemaker is an explicit authoritarian which makes for a natural contrast against the liberal Ollie

They would have pretty huge reasons to hate each other beyond Peacemaker being a murdering assassin
