Psi-shielded shouldn't be a problem as only the heroes would have that anyway, and it seems that all the heroes in attendance already know her secret identity. As for phones, yes, Emma's powers won't work on them, but all she has to do is bring someone with her who can erase data from tech. Kate's phasing power would work (walking through electronics acts like an EMP) but it's probably too slow. Maybe someone like Trinary (the new girl from the first X-Men Red series) could do it, she's a technopath.

I know they had teamed up in the first run but I would have expected Scott showing up over Logan. I guess he will be at the resurrection. Emma has a lot of minds to rewrite.

Illyana shared a book with her in Secret Warriors too but everyone just like using Wolverine.

Okay I read the issue and ehhhh. Yeah eehhhh. I wasn't a fan of the whole concept because it still very much feels like a "by committee" decision but breaking it down.

Part 1 of the issue is written by GWW and largely focuses on how Kamala's civilians friends are processing her death. Easily the strongest part of the 3.

Part 2 is the Mark Waid Champion's segment. It's mostly dedicated to Viv being disconnected by the whole thing. Her and Amadeus end up getting into a fight over it spoilers:

and Kamala reactivating her emotions leads to her having an emotional breakdown.

Part 3 the Saladin Amhed section which is mostly about Tony and Steve. spoilers:

Tony wants to find a way to bring Kamala back but Strange talks him down. Steve shows up to give a speech. The speech gets cutoff by noise outside of Piledriver of the Wrecking Crew committing a crime. When he realizes just how many superheroes were in attendance of the funeral, he surrenders. The issue ends with Peter Parker finally showing up to the funeral after its over and introducing himself to Kamala's parents and saying that she was his hero.

as he shouldnt have. I think it would have been disrespectful and f'd up of him to show up at a memorial where her friends and family are grieving when he knows she's not dead (or rather coming back). What I dont get is why did he even pop up at the end? Didnt seem to serve a purpose

That secret page said To Be Continued on it, and was pulled from the issue itself because of the ASM #26 leak. The purpose was to let us know he was bring her back. Of course, the page where that happens already leaked too.

but that still makes zero sense within the context of the story. Show up just to stand outside and potentially piss people off? It unnecesarily made him come across as a dick. They could have let us know he was bringing her back without writing it that way. Miles could have vented to someone that Scott wasnt there and we get a final scene of Scott on Krakoa holding a picture of Kamala saying to himself that he will make things right soon or something similar
