Why is Prometheus even on this list when he wasn't created until the 90s? Or are you mistaking him for The Wrath? They are NOT the same character.

IMO, that was the first bat-villain created worthy of the classic icons (joker, scarecrow, two-face, catwoman) since Ras Al Ghul.
