One of the things I loved most about Kori's appearance was her massive hair. Since the TTG! cartoon, they have toned her hair way down, but I would love to see those massive locks return. I am kind of digging the braid that NS has hear sporting on the cover for the upcoming first issue of Titans.

Massive hair is a throwback to the 1980s, so I can see why they avoid it. That said, I'm not crazy about the ponytail in the new Titans series. I know that current logic calls for a new costume every time she appears, but I like the top one shown above. The one from her series was okay, but maybe a bit too casual for fighting big scale villains.

Soe takes on Tamaraneans in general seem to treat the hair as a racial trait.

It's an 80s hairstyle but they incorporated into the culture of Tamaran.

I wonder if her family is still alive. I forget if it was her dad in Bendis' cosmic Illuminatti or if anyone other than Blackfire is still around.
