Shinobu is much harder to hurt than the kinds of dudes Hao normally fights in his own series, his divine chi armour had him just laughing at Dragon of the Darkness Flame and so on.

One of the few times we've seen Hao's Oversoul in some form of danger was when he fought the Golem and the Emeth Beam, which was coring holes in small mountains, blew through his Oversoul like it wasn't there and he had to regenerate it. Sensui has arguably more direct firepower given that we was somewhat in the ballpark of demon Yusuke who was doing much more profound destruction than Golem ever was.

Hao might be faster given that he was like "lol cute," and the rest of the cast in SK and they have better feats than YYH.

Though, there's kind of a jump when Sensui and Yusuke start going at it. Might be even again.

I would back Sensui.
