Why is Julia Carpenter's Appreciation Topic in the General Marvel Board?

It was too late last year for me to ask the question so I'll ask it now. Granted, JC has been part of the greater Marvel universe with her memberships in Freedom Force, West Coast Avengers, Force Works, Secret Defenders, and Omega Flight. But she's been Madame Web for a good while now. Much as I feel she doesn't need the role, wouldn't it make more sense to funnel her fans to the Spider-Man topic?
