How do Barry Allen and Jay Garrick presently remember their first meeting?

Since "it all happened" and they "remember everything" it would seem that Barry and Jay remember both the Earth1/Earth 2 meeting and the Post-Crisis "Barry finds Keystone frozen in time" from Secret Origins #50.

They actually don't remember everything. That was dropped long ago.

Can't speak to the question of later reprints or foreign editions, but "Flash of Two Cities" doesn't really sound as exciting / interesting. (Sounds pretty pedestrian, like you just take a local bus to get from one to the other.)

Did some digging and I apparently conflated the title of this story with the one from Flash v2 #123, which is indeed "Flash of 2 cities". I've made that mistake for over a decade now, lol;

The reviewed Flash of 2 worlds by Morrison was never contradicted, so it probably still stands. Flash continuity was actually one of the more solid ones DC had up until Infinite Crisis, when it was turned into a mess.
