I do like how 2099 Cable is Nate and Nathan fused together.

It looks like both arms are flesh and blood, versus one being bionic/techno-organic. Wonder why? This is supposed to be a younger version of Cable, right? Not Nate Grey? Maybe he’s using his “synth skin” that he had back in the day, where he could make his metal arm look like flesh?

Regardless, now that he’s mastered control of his T-O and it looks all Transmode virus and “Warlock-like”, I would think he could make his arm look normal easily if he wanted to. Wonder why he doesn’t?

I know it got overplayed when it came to Carol’s haircut but my God Rachel looks like a man in that picture. Still not a fan of the ship or how it turned Betsy into a Black Hole Sue to make it happen though.

Translating buzzed hairstyles are a real challenge for many artists.
There can sometimes be a disconnect between the line-artist and colorist regarding tonal application to avoid the implication that the head is straight up VOID of hair.
Its an unfortunate thing I've seen many times with my boy Wiccan in recent years.

One can get flashback to the late 90's when there was a certain woman with short pink hair on the team and said haircut would keep changing between artist, from a flat top to clean cut, to shaggy short, to swept back short, to chin length, one artist even gave her short dreadlocks. Often changing from issue to issue.

Not sure if Apocalypse and his kin are really ancient egyptians (socialy or culturaly), or at least to the degree where they would even care about their social or religios taboos and does and don't of it, especialy given Apocalypse own megalomania where he would seem more like the person to create and break them as he pleases.

Not to forget that Apocalypse himself comes from a tribe of nomadic raiders who fought egypt, so it's even fair to say that the elements he adopted for himself were mainly done so because he liked their style (insert joke about "cultural appropriation") and wanted to fill their idea of a god.

Especialy given that his ideology is normaly all about disregarding "human" things as weak, including superstition.

So chances are Death (What number is he now? The 7th?) just wanted to kill somebody for the sake of it and just found a base excuse to do so, which would be pretty in character for his family.
