Hard to have an opinion either way without knowing the creative team. I'll say Bryan Hitch's promo art looks good but I doubt he's drawing this particular project even though he's pretty fast these days.

Ah Yes.
Because hero vs. hero fights have not long overstayed their welcome and ruined the tone of the Marvel Comic universe over the past two decades, nor is going to be a clear display that skills, powerlevels and abilities are meaningless in the face of writers bending and breaking things to make it fit their narrative.

If they can just make it goofy and fun then I won't mind some heroes fighting each other. The promo pic does look fun. I wonder if this is the Donny Cates project.

I suppose being about chaos could mean the PIS is actually part of the plot. Like something is effecting their brains and making them act chaotic.
