    Presumably to give him a more unique aesthetic so detractors can't say he's "just Peter Parker, but Indian." That said, I would be curious to see how his relationship with Meera Jain evolved since his original stories.

    If he's in the new Spider-Verse movie giving him a new series makes sense, I guess.

    Just saw this on Reddit. Apparently an Indian version of Spidey joined the Justice League?

    It's really from some Bollywood comedy, a parody I assume. And I'm guessing they didn't have permission from Marvel or DC!

    I figured IP rights are lax outside of the home country and parodies are more protected.

    Ben would be ideal for the Spider-Verse films. You could bring back Chris Pine and put Ben on Miles's Earth
