This is Pre-Crisis Arrowverse which means Supergirl and all assorted characters from her show are not involved. This is season 3 Legends, Season 4 Flash, Season 6 Arrow, etc. Due to a typical accident at, let's say Star Labs, Homelander gets brought into this universe. At first, he doesn't know what to make of things, a universe where heroes are actually heroes but quickly realizes that he is the strongest being anywhere and starts acting like it. Without any help from Supergirl or anyone from that Earth, can the heroes of this earth stop Homelander if and when push comes to shove?

I don't think Homelander has any mental defenses or a willpower strong enough to avoid beoming Grodd's superpowered puppet.

By the seasons mentioned we have
Nate Heywood (Steel) who based on stopping the dwarf star loaded train is probably as strong and durable as Homelander.
Constantine (appeared in flashbacks in Arrow season 4) who could easily mystically bind. So could Damien Darhk and his daughter. The three together would pretty much insure he can't do anything.
Capt cold could freeze and so could killer frost so also incapacitated for a win
Grodd can mind control
Thinker can have taken multiple meta powers to be a match
Multiple speedsters who can phase and kill that way (Barry, Wally, Jessie, Eobarde)
Not to mention firestorm who can matter manip.
This is without over 50+ other assailants that can occupy his attention while any of these go for a win condition
Not really a difficult one to work out
