    I see. Then I wouldn't use Hunter-Killer mode then.

I think Jane will stay where she is in this case. So everything checks out.

    Cool, locking in now.

    Movement: None.
    Basic ATK 1: Big Dog
Basic ATK 2 If he's still up, Big Dog again. If not, Small Dog 2 (the one biting the robot).
Technique Action 1: Mark of Death on Small Dog 2
    Technique Action 2: None.

I can confirm that you will shoot the Big Dog twice as he will still be up after the first shot.

Please post in the game thread with your actions being taken and I'll post the results in response.

    - Big Demon Dog takes 57 DMG from the first Basic ATK and 3 DMG for the second Basic ATK and is now dead.

    - Small Dog 2 has taken 72 DMG from Mark of Death and is now Dizzy

    - Jane is now at 135/160 (-40 Capacity for Stack) (67% of total ENR)

Nemo it is now your turn. You arrive at the courtyard just in time to see Jane blast through the skull of the largest demon dog from atop a pillar while Krys covers Ella striking one of the smaller ones. All enemies are within your movement range.

You have 211/410 (51%), no Stack engaged. You 1 Basic ATK action and 2 Technique Actions. Please lay out your strategy and feel free to ask any questions that inform your strategy in this thread.

I would like Nemo to cast out String Magic with both hands on the smaller dogs, and use that to Grapple them both in place, pinning them for allies to finish them off. I'm assuming this counts as two Technique moves.

You can't use the same Honed Technique twice in the same turn due to cooldown.

You could use any other Technique but not the same one twice.

Nemo uses String Magic on the first dog to Grapple it in place, then throws a Fireball at the second dog.

Both fine. Any basic attacking or movement?

I guess she'll back up some to increase distance to avoid a counter-attack.

Okay, so locking in. You've not specified targets so I've randomly assigned them.

Technique Action 1: Use String Magic with sustained Grapple on Small Dog 1 - the one Krys attacked.
Technique Action 2: Use Fire Magic to shoot Small Dog 2 - the one Jane just shot - with a Fireball.
Movement: Backs up a bit to get out of immediate attack range.
    Basic ATK Action: None.

Cool, if you could write up your post in the game thread with those actions, I'll then run the encounter and post the results.

Ah, sorry, yes, that's what I meant by "first Dog" and "second Dog". I'll be more specific next time. :P

    Updating the action log.

    - Small Dog 1 takes 28 DMG and is Grappled. Nemo is choosing to extend the Grapple so no further damage is inflicted.

    - Small Dog 2 takes 36 DMG and Lacerate [Burn] is inflicted

    - Nemo has 151/410 ENR (36%)

Next is the Mysterious Robot. Who knows if they will do something useful?

    Answer, not really.

    - Mysterious Robot is holding all actions until after Ella's turn.

Ella you are next in the order, please post your actions.

Alighty, sorry for the wait. Gonna use my actions for the following.

    - Gonna refine my order to robot pal to hopefully get what we need done across.
    - Keep Stack in CHR.
    - Keep everyones ENR Charged with Holonurse.
    - Use my attack action to ascend up to the top of the pillar. (Yes, the same pillar I want robot to knock down.)
    - Commence furious mocking of the enemy.

    - Free Action: Instruction the robot takes no actions as it is talking so that's all good.
    - Stack Amendment: Your last Stack had PRE. You can have PRE and CHR at the same time (Ella has big Stack) so let me know what you want specifically.
    - Technique Action: Use Holonurse on all allies
    - Basic ATK Action: Climb to the top of the pillar the robot might well be about to knock down.

Cool, just confirm Stack configuration and then we can run the encounter.

Ahh, sorry I meant PRE. For some reason mixed that up.
