Crimson Bolt
Darkman
Sharkboy and Lavagirl
Meteor Man
Hancock
Captain Invincible
Toxic Avenger
I'd have Megamind be the leader of the team, a guy too into his superhero role to realize how a bad an idea of putting together this group actually is.
Meteor Man provides the role of the actual traditional superhero that gives the others something to look up to and/or hate.
Sharkboy and Lava girl provide the heroes some children to look after/mentor/set a good example for. And just about everyone there realizes how bad an idea it is to have children around half this group.
Birdman is just here because of Micheal Keaton
Danny Phantom
Jake Long American Dragon
Juniper Lee
Kim Possible
Jenny Wakeman (My Life As A Teenage Robot)
Jimmy Neutron
Star (Star vs The Forces of Evil)
And now, the Replacements!
Holly Hathaway (from Ralph Hinkley) and Bill Maxwell
Cathy Gale (from David Keel) and John Steed
Jaime Sommers (from Steve Austin) and Oscar Goldman
Ben Song (from Sam Beckett) and Addison Augustine (from Al Calavicci)
Sgt. Eric Carter (from Jack Bauer) and Tony Almeida
I’ll don the mask and wear the cape

Let's throw some bell-bottoms and tie-dye at this.
- Colonel Steve Austin
- Jamie Summers
- Tom Kovak (see Baffled!)
- Jonathan Chase (Manimal)
- Roland Hand (playing the Amanda Waller role)
- Ahnjayla (see the in-name-only Wonder Woman of 1974; I'd have said Cathy Lee Crosby's Diana, but figured that's pushing the rules, and Ahnjayla makes for some tension).
- Lucan
ETA: Gary 7, not a member, but a recurring gadfly
