Continuing his descent into cartoon villainy of course. He literally sounds and acts like one of the bad guys on DC's old Superfriends cartoon. Like this is basically 'Lex Luthor piloting the Legion of Doom's skull-shaped submarine headquarters through the swamp' levels of caricature. Aquaman should be swinging by while riding a seahorse aaaaany second now.

Actually, while I hate it for Mungho, this has now dipped into wildly entertaining territory for me simply because it is so camp and over the top. LOL.
