Regarding what the remaining leaguers do next, I suggest we continue creating the new/updated character and item lists.

Eight members is still my preference, so anyone thinking of joining is still encouraged to do so, but we may as well continue building the foundations so we're closer to starting when that new participant arrives.

N.B. I have split the Turtles into the 90s and 2010s versions, with the 90s versions listed as "1" and the 2010s as "2."

How do we handle live-action characters who are supposed to be the same characters as they were in other franchises, and they talk about all the awesome stuff they did in the other shows, but don't actually get around to doing any of it again for the live action show?

Specifically, I've got a couple of Kratoses (Kratoi? I mean it IS greek), who spend all their time talking about all the awesome pantheons they killed off in the video games, but don't actually do any fighting in the video. They do knock down some scenery though, I guess.

The rule we've established before was they only get live action feats. So Star wars characters don't get rebels feats or comic book feats for example. So your Kraros would only get knocking down scenery feats.
