Vincent doesn't even need KOTR. There are so many ridiculous counter-attack/final attack materia combos that he can just stand there and the moment Reaper tries anything, he'll be facing a plethora of pain coming down on him.

I mean also Final Fantasy 7 protagonists could eat machine gun fire like it wasn't a thing. In CUTSCENES even. And that was BEFORE they got whatever kind of wacky bio-monstrosity upgrades Vincent got that made him an immortal vampire-thing.
