Default who is your favorite weird villain?

If there is one thing i like more than a standard villain its a villain who is incredibly weird and strange. i
feel very inspired to come up with my own very strange villains even.

oddball is a favorite of mine the sheer ridicolousness of him and his costume is what i like about him

ya see the thing with humor is that it could either be real funny or completley terrible, the nightmare comes with everyone thinking your unfunny.

    Gonna go with the Hypno-Hustler.

A Disco music inspired villain. The name only makes sense because there was one (1) disco hit called the Hustle.

I don’t know if it can be displayed… Minos from the anime “Goldorak”:

“Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time.” Goethe

I have a soft spot for the White Rabbit from Spider-Man. She is complete loon, who really isn't really effective as a supervillain, but is also rich enough that she is not actually committing crimes for monetary gain, but because she thinks being a supervillain is fun.

Eggplant Wizard for overall weirdness, but I also like Ice King for his weird personality.

Mr. Mad from The King and Odie. A scientist/sorcerer who collected people to use in his experiments (aactually torture). Pretty creepy guy. Constantly threatened his henchmen, Biggie Rat and Itchy Brother, to put them iin THE ROOM, which was apparently much worse than Tommy Wiseau's ...

Another weird villain I love is the Bronze Age Terra-Man. The idea of an old west outlaw travelling through outer space on a winged horse just screams Silver Age goofiness, but he character was created in the 1970s (when spaghetti westerns were making it big in the US), so the idea has been welded to a bunch of hard sci-fi concepts like time dilation, and played really seriously. His dialogue is straight out of a western movie, and every time he urns up, the plot turns into western garnished with sci-fi accouterments like ray guns and kryptonite bullets and energy sapping tumbleweeds. I just love this guy. He is my absolute favourite member of Superman's rogues gallery.
