One side has long ranged Ki-attacks, and have feats of beating a version of Apocalypse, Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet, and Galactus.

The other side has anthropomorphic Turtles.

Splinter and Dhalsim

Again the range advantage is brutal. And Dhalsim can teleport, he's not going to get thrown into a trash compactor for the win.

Honda and Zangief v. Rocksteady and Bebop

One side is a bunch of big, fat, brutish animals. The other side works for Shredder.

But seriously Bebop and Rocksteady brought machine guns to a punch-up. They totally have the advantage to lose.

Shredder v. General Bison

Powerful psychokinetic superboss, or "guy in a pointy suit". Hmmmm... Such a difficult matchup.

Casey Jones v. Vega the Spanish ninja

This one is actually a lot closer than most of these; but Vega HAS crushed metal in his bare hands before, and can wall-jump, so I'm giving him the edge.

Depends on which version of the Turtles.

Rise of the TMNT Turtles obliterate the Street Fighter team as do Lost Season era 2003 TMNT. Shredder in both versions is a whole different level of monster.

Street Fighter should be able to take most regular versions.

This. Original Flavor Turtles, for example, pretty much lose to ANY incarnation of the World Warriors barring perhaps the original live-action Street Fighter cast.

I mean they were super weak to beam-spam. Well except Thanos. He was playable.
