Way back my gaming group played a post apocalyptic survival RPG, and one of the players had a character who claimed to be a prophet that God communicated to via a magic 8 ball he had found.

I do always ask it things in the toy section of Wal-Mart. I sometimes ask it if it has the gift of prophecy and it usually says "no"-- at least it's honest!

It also tells me I have magical Kung Fu powers, and that I can take that really, really muscular guy who looks like he doesn't need any tools to demolish motor vehicles. Not sure if it gives the best advice.
