Whose eighties though?
As someone just pointed out, you could just say "Pick an eighties Kate Bush video, and you're golden..."
If I was going to attempt to set aside my own point of view, I'd probably say that the video for "Somebody's Watching Me" is incredible "Bang For The Buck..." when it comes to "Classic..." eighties.
All that said, Stewart Copeland playing all of the instruments while Stan Ridgway is singing is way eighties.
You could also pick a New Edition or Menudo video, and be in squarely "Classic..." territory when it comes to the eighties.
There's also this.

Probably the biggest 80's video that spoofed 80's videos was David Lee Roth's "Just A Gigolo" but "Don't Lose My Number" by Phil Collins was pretty big it's self
Not as big and somewhat controversial was Neli Young's "This Note's for You" which satirized pop singers that did corporate sponsorship
HA! Neil won't let us embed his video!

This song was the opener for the Purple Rain movie
I'm not much for music videos and those I like are mostly from the early 2000's, which was the only time when I regularly watched them when I was a teenager.
Still, some from the 80's that got even to me:
