Another thing I liked about the 80s, it was perhaps more open to International performers than any other decade before or after.
One might argue, that there were only so many One-Hit-Wonders UK, USA, and Canada could offer in the pot before they'll need substitutes.

Talk about 80's videos, you can't leave out the Queen mother of return on investment. The late great Dennis Edwards and his biggest hit. Video budget of about, look, you've heard them all. I will say gas to get to the recording booth at the mall was about .60 cents in 1984 so... Somehow someway in 2023, Michael B. Jordan is in a version of this. It's giving still!
