Can you think of a team of movie action heroes that could beat a comic book peak human

Really? I'm thinking Matrix + any of the others there should be able to handle it(and by hand to hand I mean no shield for Cap as well as no guns for the Arnolds).

Matrix is the only one who has the durability to handle multiple shots from Cap but Matrix is still going to be much slower. He'll be able to take out the weaker ones like Kruger while saving Matrix for last.

The Beast is a bullet-timer and Sing has the speed to hang with him an AOE attack they really don't need help to beat a group of CBPH's. There isn't a need for anyone else on the team. Either one could solo.

The comic book peak human gets their standard gear. Same for the movie characters. I personally cannot think of a team in that case that could always win. Hand to hand is interesting to think about too...it would probably require swarming style tactics
