Most higher up human level action heroes should be fairly comparable to CBPH level, such as John Matrix, John McClane, Rambo, Colonel Braddock, Rocky Balboa, etc.

A lot of them don't really have the speed, though, or enough strength and soak to override it. McClaine has a ton of soak, for instance, and some kind of...luck...power recently, but he's also very slow comparatively, without enough strength + soak to override it.

Matrix is just ridiculous (Dutch Schaefer has peak human strength and a ton of soak, Matrix is a level above), so he can make up for his relative lack of speed.

The Arnold combo could definitely take it, though (ie. Dutch, John, Conan, two more random dudes) would just dominate though. The Sly Stallone 5 man combo would as well.

Really? I'm thinking Matrix + any of the others there should be able to handle it(and by hand to hand I mean no shield for Cap as well as no guns for the Arnolds).
