Obscure DC characters you wanna see return?

Most of the Power Company but especially Skyrocket and Stryker Z. Those are the kind of characters that DC should push if they are looking for diveresty.

I second that as well. I have the whole series and I love Skyrocket. Too good to not be used. At least, have her with the Outsiders if anything.

I know Major Bummer and Sovereign Seven is both creator owned. Scare Tactics and Power Company should be ok they have used charcters in the 52 reality. Relative Hero and Young heroes i have no idea.
