I think the jackets are associated with Orlando’s rescue team. He used them when he spotlighted some lesser known characters in X-Men Green. Seems like anyone who goes on those missions gets a complimentary jacket.

It's the Marauders Help team jacket. We saw it in X-men Green, with a random team customized for disaster response. It's supposed to be the direction of Orlando's next book.

Ah...yes...I for some reason mis-thought that Emma gave up/switched her QC seat but she had only deferred her HFT position/duties to Lourdes.

Yeah, Lourdes and The Cuckoos now have taken over the roles of the Black Queen and White Queens respectively in the last issue of Marauders Vol.1. Emma gave up her role of White Queen to focus more on the council, Shaw was basically confronted by Emma and Lourdes though

Yeah… to my knowledge this is what we’ve seen:

1) Cyclops makes a lot of battle/ war strategies.
2) Bishop has gotten to play bodyguard for the Five and now is running his war college.
3) Magik gets regarded as the de-facto “leader” of the Sextant and is seen implanting some of Cyclops’ battle strategies.
4) Kwannon/ Gorgon- not a damn thing. Gorgon got to be a bodyguard for Mags, Chuck, Daddy Apoc.
