    Huh. Rubenstein isn't mentioned in any other source that I found, including the comic itself and Marvel's web pages. I see that GCD has a note about Rubenstein, from an interview with him. Oh well, I'll edit it to both of them, just in case. Seems like sometimes these things aren't tracked very well by Marvel.
