DC Comics July 2023 Solicitations

Ugh, almost every main title interrupted by an event I have no interest in. DC never learns.

For me:
Tales of the Titans #1
World's Finest: Teen Titans #1
Adventures of Superman: Jon Kent #5
only.

Luckily when the name of the title changes, my LCS doesn't grab them for me.
I'll be saving a lot of money this month!

So, six months into "Dawn of DC", and they decide to bring it to a screeching halt. Brilliant. This does not seem well thought out, and I know what passes for comics-related media these days won't ask the question, "why?". Also hilarious they solicted JSA #7 for July when there is no way that is happening. I'd be shocked if #5 and/or #6 come out in July.

Titans, 2 issues... 2 month break.
Green Lantern, 2 issues... 2 month break.
Green Arrow, 3 issues... 2 month break (?)
Doom Patrol, 4 issues... 2 month break (?)
Superman, Action, 6 issues... two month break.
And let's not forget the Flash and Wonder Woman relaunches not coming until September because of this event.

The last time they did a break for two months they had a specific reason - plans drastically changed and they needed more time to prepare Infinity Frontier titles.
What's their reason now?

Seeing as how most of the tie-ins are the creative teams I follow and I actually like Joshua Williamson, looks like I’m reading most of Knight Terrors.

Not planning on picking up anything from Knight Terrors physically (will read it all on DCUI a month behind), so nice light month in July for me; just Dark Knights of Steel, Superboy: Man of Tomorrow, and WildC.A.T.s.
