I'm not expecting much but I hope this is a decent conclusion.

I like Fire and Ice. I like the art. I even was down with the premise...but this comic just wasn't it.
The humor fell flat on its face most of the time, the goofiness did not enhance the story, Fire and Ice had their character exaggerated to the point of not being very likeable, their friendship barely felt like a friendship, the villains were weak, and ultimately it just didn't feel like it amounted to much.
I will say though that Martha Kent and L-Ron were the MVP's of this comic. Also weird to see Metallo with his Rebirth design when he hasn't had that in years.

Bea has had a LOT of costumes over the years! I forgot how frequently she would change up her look. But my favorite look remains the suit she wore as the Black King's Knight in Checkmate. I just really like the green piping!

I can think of all the people with great ideas who want to break into comics and THIS is the **** that passes for publication by a big name company. Sad.
Well, there is some positives right? It is nice to see others appreciating the Giffen/DeMatteis era League and doing homage to the era.
