Great job Seismic
Great job Seismic
This Post Contains No Artificial Intelligence. It Contains No Human Intelligence Either.
Congratulations to seismic-2 for their marvelous Shulkie cover. The book title was a clever way to credit the cover's inspiration.
And now, the Peak of the Week where the captain goes on about what this week's contest has taught him. Inspiration and homaging are ways comics compliment forms of entertainment their creators enjoyed. It's also a way for a character to be explored somewhat in ways not necessarily reflected in the story. Not that covers reflect the story that much anymore. But we see Jenn in a pose where she could be in naturally. Thor and Enchantress, pretty much the same. The best covers of this sort do handle the character well in addition to being a clear homage to the source.
Gracious thanks go out to foxley and seismic-2 for their kind votes.
I’ll don the mask and wear the cape
If I am super, how can I wait?
Congratulations to seismic-2!
And thanks to ChadH for your vote

Congratulation to seismic-2, .
“Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time.” Goethe
Thanks, everyone, for liking this cover (as I do also). I figure Jennifer's high heels must be made of adamantium to keep them from snapping off under the force of her Hulking body weight. There were lots of fun covers this week, and WestPhillyPunisher is to be commended for coming up with this really enjoyable topic. I'll post a new contest in the next hour or so (unless life intervenes).
Congrats to Seismic-2!
Oh, that's BRILLIANT! Thanks for sharing that awesome cover!
