I thought that was a good review and I liked the take on the Cyke and Jeen conversation and the lucid and specific praise for the art. I know that I like it but I don't always know why and this review gives praise where it's due to the colorist.

I didn't find Laura's feeling of abandonment after Tyke leaves so out of nowhere or it being so much a book of two halves because he was really the only one of them she'd connected with and, given how bad she is at being touchy-feely it felt significant that she offered him comfort when he needed it when he found out that his mom was definitely dead. Other than that I think I agreed with every word.

Kind of agree with this. Laura certainly doesn't warm up to people easily, but when she DOES attach herself to someone, she tends to latch on to them pretty quickly (Logan, Julian, Gambit, Jubilee, and now Tyke). She may not open up emotionally during said attachment, but she DOES get attached.

I'm sure we'll get it at some point. ANXM is pretty much a story about Jean and her future. It had some Tyke in there too but since he's off having fun on a space adventure with his pirate dad and his magnificent porn stache I'm sure almost all major events for them will be Jeen-centric. Not that I'm complaining.

With the brotherhood being back, its time for a lot of the questions left from BotA to be answered. Jeans powers being one of them.

The real question is how much attention it will get. It looks like there will be a lot of Angel focus later in the arc. That could mean either
a) Jeans taking a backseat.
or
b) Captured/somewhere else, exploring some of those angles.
