I really enjoyed the Reboot version of Ferro Lad aka Ferro that was introduced during the Final Night event back in the 90's. It was interesting how he was from the present day but ending joining the Legion when they returned to the future.

Hmm... Dr Light (Kimiyo Hoshi) introduced in the original "Crisis" comes to mind. Not really sure what other prominent characters were introduced in Crisis events.

(I know Jack Knight's series came from the aftermath of Zero Hour, but that's not the same thing)
