What characters would you want in a L.E.G.I.O.N. '23 revival

If DC Comics would (wisely) do a revival of L.E.G.I.O.N. ('23) book, who would you want on the team? And any ideas who you would want as writer and artist?

I wish DC would give us a new L.E.G.I.O.N. or R.E.B.E.L.S. title. or some other space-opera book. So many characters with so much potential.

• Vril Dox – Obviously. The Coluan, descendent of the feared Braniac. Vril Dox is a cold and calculating genius that stops at nothing to achieve his goal. With his own twisted sense of justice, Dox, armed with an impenetrable force field, puts together a mercenary task force to bring the law to those who can pay for his services.
• Stealth – Stealth is an accomplished fighter, capable of generating a camouflage field around her that negates sound and makes her almost invisible.
• Phase – Amnesiac ghost like woman, who may be from a different dimension or an actual dead person.
• Garryn Bek - But a less cowardly and inefectual Garryn Bek. He can be cynical and disillusioned, but Bek must often serve as one more moral compass for Dox.
Maybe he can have a special weapon or suit to make him stand out.
• Strata –
• Wildstar -
• Lydea Darkstar –
• Lady Quark– .
• Lobo – Works occasionally for Dox in exchange for payment, however Dox tricks him into making this arrangement permanent.
• Telepath – Though a mutant, Telepath comes from an insectoid race, and lives in perpetual fear of Dox.
• Cinji – Durlan Assassin completely loyal to Dox.
• The Wrath of Kundia – Amon Hakk, exiled Khund warrior, weapons expert who uses a cannon sleeve over his left arm.
• Adam Strange – Defender of the planet Rann. His smarts are his greatest weapon. Crafty and quick-witted, Strange, alongside Comet, is the greatest challenge to Dox's leadership.
• Captain Comet – Adam Blake, a man born a hundred thousand evolutionary years ahead of his time. Blake is super-strong, practically invulnerable and a high order telepath, telekinetic and teleporter. Comet is probably Dox's only intelectual rival, and probably the only one on the team that can go toe to toe with Dox's personal bodyguard, Lobo.

Lyrissa Mallor needs to stay dead. I'm frankly sick of the younger generation's habit of crying "foul!" and "that's not fair!" whenever a character is killed off. Death isn't fair, bitches. And quite frankly, fans need to have it beaten into their heads that they can't have everything that they want.

I normally would agree with you but Lyrissa remains my all-time favorite member of the group and her death was meaningless to me. The writers did too good of a job making her a vital member of the book IMO.

I really like your idea and would love to see how Kara would get along with Dox. And a hate/love/hate relationship between Blackstar and Lobo would be so much fun.
