It could be some type of misdirection. I'm assuming his return would be a bigger deal than this mini indicates. But DC have banalized his appearances before, so it could indeed be him.

Read the first issue. Thought it was a decent start. I like how the character was introduced and then how it ended, promising Intergang and Darkseid.

Yeah, it been a while since I saw Intergang connections spread in non Fourth World comics.

Enjoyed the first issue. I like how it’s connected to the DCU via Metropolis (at this point anyway) yet it still feels like it’s it’s own distinct thing.

As an aside, I kept thinking of that line from Deliverance, “where you going, city boy?” Of course, not in that same context, just in name only.
