    Which versions? IIRC, Shao Khan in most of his incarnations is comparable to MCU Thanos, save for that DC. vs MK where Shao Khan stole superhero or something.

    Even he's magic use wouldn't put him on he's level I think he needed help to make the Soulnado and merge Earthrealm and outworld from Quan Chi.
