Do you mean that Kratos is going through the same planet Samus did in the game, or is he just taking on the final boss?

Either way I think he does fine for the most part. He's strong enough to brute force a lot of the opposition, and clever enough to deal with the environmental puzzles (though he might have to use more violence than Samus).

I wonder how well he would withstand phazon poisoning though.
