I just remembered, doesn't Alfred have a daughter? How is it Julia Pennyworth didn't get the inheritance? Alfred just hates his own kid? Lol.

She might have got something. There’s nothing that says Al didn’t slice her off a milly or two to take care of herself. Alfred left the billion to Dick to insure its power is in trusted hands. The idea was that whatever Dick did with it, it would be for good because he trust that Dick is authentically good. It was about the power that comes with that comes with that kind of money.

It's just Civil War or Avengers vs X-Men all over again.
Everyone is actilng like complete idiots for the sake of selling the story about heroes fighting each other. But it's probably going to sell well, and there are going to be tons of discussions, so, DC got what they wanted anyways.

However, honestly I do think the characterization of the batfamily was on point with how they have been in the past years:

Blame bruce for everything including the rain in gotham- check

The first arc of this run had Gotham taken over (again) by a computer Bruce created. It's not like the Batfamily doesn't often (but not always) have good reasons to be mad at Bruce.

Even here, the only one really blaming Bruce for anything is Jason

Have unrealistic expectations that batman will display moral flexibility against crimes- check

He's done the same for Selina, Talia and even himself. Remember, this guy formed the Outsiders for the express purpose of undertaking missions that didn't have public or political approval.

take all his tech, resources and guidance over the years for granted and straight up attack him- check

Given how many times Bruce has struck Dick alone unprovoked, I'd say this is more than turnabout being fair play.

I'm not going to get all the books in this crossover .
Actually I thought that the Batman #137 was interesting with Batman going crazy and rounding up henchmen .
I still don't understand why Nightwing is not on Batman's side . He's being written out of character and just siding with Babs .
Of all the players , Dick is the one that knows Bruce best . Actually Alfred was the one , but sadly he's gone .
Batman is pretty much alone and only has Damian on his side for now .
I hope that changes .

This basically another "The Bat clan breaks a part again" event so i don't think you can spoil when the outcome is obvious from the word go.

Aside from that, it's the idea that once more Batman's mission and methods are brought into question when someone comes up with a better methods that is showing results...initially.

The idea is interesting...where it all goes wrong is the execution, because the way this is written is where this events goes off the rails and immediately makes it a bad sell.

Problem is people will still buy this regardless so there is no lesson learned here.
