In Avengers No Surrender in 2016, Mentacle was successful in breaking down the mental barriers of Roberto's Red Triangle protocol and almost erased all of Sunspot's memory, but she was stopped by Falcon before that happened.

Imagine if all residents of Krakoa were armed with applicable knowledge of the Red Triangle protocols and equipped with uniforms composed of an Adamantium, Mysterium, and Vibrainium weave, abandon Earth, and set out to conquer and rule the Shi'ar, Kree, Baddoon, Rigiallian, and Inhuman empires collectively...
