The Joker(The Dark Knight) in the Amazing Spiderman movies

The Joker arrives in the Amazing Spiderman movieverse, lets say at the same time that Rhino is fighting Spiderman at the end of Amazing 2, and begins to start up his stuff.

The Joker has basic knowledge of who Spiderman is and what has happened in the two Amazing movies(lets say he read about it in old newspapers or something).

What happens?

On one hand, it will be harder for Peter to discern Ledger's location. On the other, if/when Spidey does find him, Heath will get his ass kicked good and proper.

His knowledge of Spidey's identity becomes the game changer. He can go after people he cares about and attack by proxy. Setting up traps and what not. Also he can do it from a distance and keep himself out of harms way. He can definitely cause problems here.

No, no, no, like I said he knows what somebody would know about Spiderman if they read the papers printed about his famous exploits up to that point. He knows who Spiderman is in that he knows the basics of what he can do based on what he's been seen doing and stuff like that, not literally who he is(at least not at first).

How well hidden is Spiderman's secret kept in these movies?

How hard would it be?

EDIT: It also must be well known in the criminal world that Spiderman was looking for some dude with a tattoo on his arm.
The Joker could find the identity of that guy -> look up his rap sheet and compare it to when Spiderman first appeared.
See that he murdered some old man named Ben. Who has an adaptive son, who would have motive.
Then start investigating Peter. Honestly, NYPD would probably already know if it wasn't for PIS.

Amazing Spiderman's spider sense seems to work at a greater distance than most. Also theres that Spidey patrols day AND night the Jokers goons are gonna get sloppy soon and once Spidey finds them...it's over FAST.

I give the Joker maybe 2-3 explosion/terror attacks before he gets busted.

Knowing the Joker, he'd probably try to corrupt Spidey, and prove that even people as good as him are bad by nature.

And if Joker finds out his identity, there's going to be a lot of trouble. He'd probably have his goons kidnap Aunt May and force Peter to make a choice. Although I wonder if he'd fall for the Joker's little game of switching addresses. Like when he switched the locations of Dent and Rachel.
