Who wins and loses is entirely depending on the bias/preference/interpretation of the writer, combined with the popularity/recognition/value of the character.

So what ever the argument is, it's meaningless in the face of the doyelist factors at work which greatly favor Superman.

Plus because of the opposing publishers these two would never fight and even if it would be unlikely for them to face each other in a fight intense enough for both to even pull out "the big guns", unless one would have been turned evil at which point the victory depends on which stage of the story it occurs. If it's in the early stage than the evil one wins, so the good one can come back for a second round near the end where they would then win.

I think the Real Question is: Why was this made into an Article?

There are a lot of people who can beat Superman. Why is Storm being singled out here. Also, Storm and Superman would never fight each other. If, anything those two would be Good Friends or Lovers.

I'm sure DC is monitoring ScreenRant for accuracy... But, apparently, someone at ScreenRant views the sequence of events witnessed in Storm & The Brotherhood of Mutants #3 as Ororo creating a Red Sun albeit fleetingly to obliterate the Red Queen's military force.

I don't think it's meant to cause trouble. There is some truth to the Article. If, Storm started infusing objects and people with Raw Electrons making them walking Nuclear Bombs while creating Red Sun's in the process. Yeah, Superman dead.
