Good News: As far as I can recall, this version of Tuxedo Mask doesn't have his energy blast.

Bad News: Casey is still getting roses to the eyes.

Also, IIRC, Tuxedo did have at least some level of superhuman stats.

IIRC, Tuxedo Mask could at least move really fast and leap off of skyscrapers at the very least, and survives hits that would have flattened regular humans.

Yeah, I'm backing Mamoru here. Between the steel-tipped roses, extendo-cane, enhanced durability, superspeed and his own martial arts skill (he managed to overwhelm Sailor Jupiter in HTH when he was brainwashed), I'd say that Casey is outmatched.
