I always found it weird how Liefeld and his colorists do Wolverine's mask, with only the top part in black/dark brown and yellow sides. Is it supposed to be a callback to Logan's original costume, perhaps?

Its funny you should say that, because before I settled on the Captain America reference I was about to go with 'at least he's learned to just completely leave all feet out of frame instead of attempting them. Growth!'

Same. Such a great team up. And I’m loving that 2/3 of that trio will be reunited in the Children of the Vault mini series during Fall of X. Truth be told, though, Logan and Bishop working together was kind of a better fit. Simply because they weren’t so similar (in terms of both being time traveling, gun toting soldiers).

Kind of hoping at some point those two end up on a team together… or maybe get a spotlight episode featuring the two of them in the X-men ‘97 Animated Series since Bishop will apparently be a full fledged team member now along with Logan.
