Default How do the Ghost Riders sleep?

Been reading Danny Ketch's run as Ghost Rider up to his Punisher team up and I'm just curious how does he sleep? He transforms and is active all night then turns back to Danny when it's morning. Does the transformation count as a form of sleep for the human or what?

Ghost Rider himself doesn't need to sleep. Danny sometimes seems to be in this mental void while GR is active. Sometimes he seems to be able to realize what's going on and communicate with GR sometimes not. I'd assume this is when he could rest.

Well, they don't need a nightlight.

I know, right?! Glow-In-The-Dark totally rules (IMHO):

The demon part doesn't seem to need sleep, so presumably the transformation "heals" any need for sleep in the human accumulated during the day.

That said, it has to be psychologically draining on the human to never experience sleep, even if the demon has purged the physical need for it. You've got to think that not being able to remember the last time they dreamed, or experienced that pleasant dozing sensation when you're awake but still sleepy enough to enjoy laying there enjoying the softness and warmth of your bed, would eventually have psychological effects on the human.
