Question Strongest MCU superheroes that Peter Petrelli and/or Sylar can solo

Who's the strongest Superheroes from Marvel Cinematic Universe that Peter Petrelli(at the peak of his powers) and/or Sylar(composite seasons 1-3) can solo?
whatever Scientists tells us what they believes are the only things that exists in Reality(our world), they treats what US government and mainstream news media said about things like 9/11, CO2 Emissions, and so on as their gospel

calling Real Life Martial Artists that can break walls "Comic Book Peak Human" is like calling Pre-new52!Cassandra Cain "Shounen Manga character"

Basically anyone Peter Petrelli can copy combined with the powers he already has.

Petrelli has some degree of superspeed (from Edgar) and mind control (from Matt Parkman). The MCU is pretty thin on telepathy and telepathy resistance. That would make most of the beings in the MCU vulnerable, even if he cannot copy MCU powers.

Matt was a pretty powerful telepath from what I remember.

What are Peter's and Sylar's powers actually? Or who would they be akin to in the MCU or DCU?
The Recipe for Disaster asks for Blasphemy, but as for me, ask for me, I give it gravity.

In the DC Universe, like that one version of Vixen that was copying the powers of other supers or Black Alice. In the Marvel universe, like Hope Summers. In the MCU (if they have made the X-Men canon) they are most like Rogue. As for their powers, these are the lists from their wikis, but they don't have all of them at the same time because of various gains and losses of powers.
    Syler:
    Intuitive Aptitude
    Telekinesis
    Regenerative Healing Factor
    Alchemy
    Clairsentience
    Sound Manipulation
    Imprinting
    Electricity Manipulation
    Lie Detection
    Shape Shifting
    Disintegration
    Flight
    Empathy
    Invisibility
    Cryokinesis
    Shattering
    Melting
    Enhanced Hearing
    Radiation Emission
    Precognition
    Illusion Manipulation

    Peter:
    Empathic Mimicry
    Power Replication
    Invisibility
    Flight
    Super Strength
    Cryokinesis
    Telepathy
    Shape Shifting
    Super Speed
    Enhanced Synesthesia
    Space-Time Manipulation
    Healing
    Mental Manipulation
    Regenerative Healing Factor
    Precognitive Dreaming
    Terrakinesis
    Invisibility
    Telekinesis

I feel it's important to note that Peter seems to suffer from near-crippling CIS when it comes to his powers (sure, it's maybe PIS, but maaaan, it's like...to the point where we have to wonder if it's just Peter, not PIS, because Sylar seemed to do much better with 'usage of powers' than Peter).
    Why are we here?

"Superboy Prime (the yelling guy if he needs clarification)..." - Postmania
"...dropping an orca whale made of fire on your enemies is a pretty strong opening move." - Nik
"Why throw punches when you can be making everyone around you sterile mutant corpses?" - Pendaran, regarding Dr. Fate

Thanks, but also, what's the difference between them both? Do they gain their multiple powers in different ways? Or is Peter like Sync (in the vicinity) and Sylar like Rogue (with a touch)? Or what?

Originally, Syler got his powers because he "understands how things work" (the Intuitive Aptitude power). At first he directly examined the brains of the people whose powers he was copying, but later didn't need to do that. Much later on, he was able to get powers through empathy. Peter initially got powers just by being around people with powers (empathic mimicry, they call it). Eventually all of his powers were stripped from him by his father (including the empathic mimicry). Then he somehow got the ability to copy one power at a time. Again he only needed to be around someone to copy their power IIRC, but I don't remember the exact mechanics of it. So, at some point in each of their respective runs, they each get the ability to copy unlimited powers just by being in the vicinity of powered people.
