Correctrion, DC says she is in SM class, but the actual showings that DC has published prove otherwise. Pre Crisis WW never fought an all out SM, They fought in a comic where he clearly stated he held back. Later she fought Mongul, one of SM's most powerful foes in Pre Crisis and she was totally helpless. Only Pre Crisis WW on par with SM was GA WW when Marston was still alive, after he died her power went down hills, i wonder why.
Post Crisis, she said she can't beat SM in League of One, she was one shotted by SM in Infinite Crisis, she said SM could kill her in just a couple of blows and break her supposedly unbreakable bracelets in the witch is back, she was easily overppowered by SM in for tomorrow, writen by guess who? azzarello, sigh. Her best feat in canon vs SM was in Sacrifice, and even that comic has a big flaw, as she blacked out from one SM hit and only re entry made her wake up, suggesting that a bloodlusted SM can and would one shotte WW. Then her best feat of all is a non canon fight in dead earth, the only time ever where she actually beat SM, and apparently, it was suggested SM still held back in that too.
injustice WW, she ''beat SM'' when he held back. As she was destroyed by Hercules, who sm easily killed when he stopped holding back. dceased, killed by SM in one hit, with her so called top tier skills and kryptonite sword and everything. JL movie, taken out by SM in 2 hits, the trnity comic, bizarro broke her laso and destroyed her, that other comic where SM was a tyrant, broke her unbreakable gear and killed her with her own lasso, Doomsday has destroyed her in all their battles while SM has beat him solo. Should we continue? Sorry but lipservice from DC means nothing. When the push comes to shove, they make sure to show WW is a helpless ant next to SM and his big foes.

Getting back to this.
This is from dc adventures heroes and villains vol 1.
Before the new 52 and pre flashpoint
June 2011.
The table on this and the following pages lists all the characters in Heroes & Villains, Vol. I by power level, from highest to lowest. Keep in mind that power level does not always give a full picture of a character’s potency (Batman being a good example).
Power level 16
Ares
Black Adam
Darkseid
Doomsday
Amazo
Power level 15
Captain Marvel
Cyborg Superman
Doctor Fate
General Zod
Superwoman
Power level 14
Captain Atom
Captain Marvel Junior

Green Lantern (Alan Scott)
This is from dc adventures heroes and villains vol 2.
The table on this and the following pages lists all the characters in Heroes & Villains, Vol. 2 by power level, from highest to lowest. Keep in mind that power level does not always give a full picture of a character’s potency (O.M.A.C. Cyborgs being a good example). But it can give you a good idea of how tough an opponent a villain is, or how powerful an ally a hero might be. The characters highlighted in green denote a character whose power point total is correct for a character of that power level. For example, Iron Munro (see page 272) is a PL10 super hero who costs 150 power points, just as Shadow Thief (see page 175) is a PL11 super-villain who costs 165 points.
Power level 18
The Spectre
Power level 15
Superman
Swamp Thing
Wonder Woman
Power level 14
Lady Shiva
Martian Manhunter
Orion
Sabbac
Soloman Grundy
Power level 13
Lobo
Powergirl
Donna Troy

DC adventures heroes and villains vol 2.
I assume Atlantean and and Amazons are in the same power class.
and with superman the limit does not exist
Remember, "Class 100" is a BASE rating. A character like Aquaman could easily be at that level, given the nature of his physiology, especially under water. However, that rating could decrease outside of his element. Meanwhile, other heroes could increase their base rating (adrenalin, sun-dip, tapping into another aspect of one's power for a super-charge, etc.). Personally, Aquaman would be at Namor's level, making him more than capable of giving Superman a bloody lip (but not enough to overwhelm him).
Superman like black adam and icon have near limitless strength.
Black Adam
New 52 / DC Rebirth Powers
Supernatural Strength: Black Adam has the strength of the Gods, making him far stronger than any human and most superhumans and putting him on equal terms with the likes of Superman and Ultraman. His most impressive demonstration of strength shows when he along with Sinestro, moved Prime Earth's moon [roughly 73,430,000,000,000,000,000 tonnes] back into orbit suggesting he has near limitless strength.
Icon
Superhuman Strength: Icon possesses vast strength due to the maximization of his DNA and alien heritage. He can lift over 100 tons effortlessly. Due to his alien heritage and the maximization of his potential as a human being, he has near limitless strength shown to at least be equal to Superman. At one point, he punched Superman out of the Watchtower 50ft into space. Later, Superman admitted that nobody including Darkseid EVER hit him that hard.

I still don't understand how Black Adam is stronger than Captain Marvel when they draw from the same gods. And how either is superior to WW when she's straight up blessed by multiple Gods.
Augustus Freeman (Dakotaverse)

Note- the above info for icon is pre-reboot.
For Rebooted/earth m icon it is unknown if he has the same level of strength has dakotaverse icon or not.
He could be weaker or the same level of strength.

I'd actually rank Mera as approximately WW's equal in single combat.
