I'd say She Hulk, Red She Hulk, Captain Marvel, THor (Foster) and Namora

Then She Thing, Rogue, America Chavez, Thundra, Power Princess, Sasquatch Snowbird, Thor Girl, Lyra the Savage She Hulk

I'd put Molly Hayes, Valkyrie, Namorita, Frenzy a bit lower.

But that's just a general impression.

Frenzy? Joanna Cargill? Pretty sure M is stronger.

There is Sabra, also, someone who has gone toe to toe with the Hulk. Though, as with most of the mutants, the power levels seem to fluctuate quite a bit, and I haven't kept up with the changes in quite a while. I miss the old Marvel Handbooks, when we had at least some idea on where each character stood against each other (of course, there were always the Luke Cages, Power Man, who was listed as a 3 ton range, yet was repeatedly shown in-story to be stronger than Spider-Man, listed as 10 ton range, and was even used as a replacement for the Thing, who was somewhere in the 50-60 ton range. And that was in the late 70's, early 80's). The current stats that Marvel has been using really don't clarify much of anything.

    Peace

I wish they would change from a 1-7 grid to a 1-10 grid, which would help a little.

Also, if they cut down on the history a bit and spent more time explaining the characters' powers and abilities a bit more.

Yes, I recollect that Snowbird was superhumanly strong in her normal demi-goddess form, but I wasn't as sure that she'd crack the elite ranks, unless she morphed into Sasquatch. In that form I know for sure that she was more or less the same strength tier as the Hulk.

As a side note, I often thought that was Nelvanna's masterplan all along: To bear a child with the power to mimic (to varying degrees) the primary abilities of all of the creatures in the realm of the Great White North, especially and including the Great Beasts. Given that some of the Great Beasts are vulnerable to the powers of their cohorts, this would have made Snowbird the perfect weapon in their great war.

I'm absolutely astonished that no one remembered to mention Ruth Bat-Seraph who was last ranked as being in the Class 50 strength range.

I am going to list some of strongest female marvel superheroes/villains.

    Elizabeth_Ross_(Earth-616)
    Harpy

Superhuman Strength: As the Harpy, Betty had superhuman strength that enabled her to lift up to 10 tons[69] , which was enough to take on the Hulk, but she couldn't get stronger as she got angrier.
    Red She-Hulk
Superhuman Strength: As Red She-Hulk, she possesses superhuman strength, lifting 100 tons.[11] This means that any extra strength gains as Betty Ross through intense physical training will be amplified, making her Red She-Hulk form that much stronger. However, the original She-Hulk easily defeated Red She-Hulk in direct combat. Her powerful leg muscles enable leaping over 600 ft high or 1,000 across.[71]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Eliza...ss_(Earth-616)

    America Chavez (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Ms. America has demonstrated incredible strength. She appears to easily tear large metal doors of their hinges,[15] and nearly bested the Asgardian god Loki in a fight.[22] Loki has commented that she could "throw tanks to the moon", though this is likely an exaggeration.[23]
Power Stomp: A technique Madrimar showed her. America can focus her internal power into her feet and legs in order to deliver an energized shockwave with a single step.[66]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Ameri...ez_(Earth-616)

    and
Superhuman Strength - America has incredible strength. Her top strength is unknown, but she is probably around She-Hulks level, who could lift at least 100 tons. America has such impressive feats such as tearing down a large metal door. She might be one of Marvels strongest beings.
    https://comicvine.gamespot.com/ms-america/4005-78932/

    Jennifer Walters (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: In her She-Hulk form, Jennifer Walters possesses immense super strength, being able to lift over 100 tons.[74]
    Former Powers

Increased Strength Levels: Her strength became so great, she nearly matched the Immortal Hulk.[231]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Jenni...rs_(Earth-616)

    Xenith (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: The Strontian possesses tremendous physical strength, the exact limits of which are unknown as she is capable of matching Gladiator in battle.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Xenith_(Earth-616)

    Rogue (Anna Marie) (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Presumably possesses vast superhuman strength, the limits of which aren't known, and she is listed as Class 100.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Rogue...ie)_(Earth-616)

    Jane Foster (Earth-616)
    Former Powers
As Thor, Jane wielded Mjolnir, and like those before her, she had been bestowed with power equal to that once possessed by Odinson; whatever powers she may or may not possess outside of those provided by Mjolnir are unknown:
Superhuman Strength: Thor possesses class 100 strength and is easily capable of lifting 100 tons.[citation needed]
Superhuman Strength: As a Valkyrie, Jane possesses superhuman strength like all Asgardians. She is strong enough to hold and lift a car over her head.[83]
    Brunnhilde (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Brunnhilde, like all Asgardians, possesses superhuman strength. She is significantly stronger than any other Valkyrie, and most other Asgardian men and women for that matter. She can lift up to 45 tons whereas the average Asgardian male and female can lift 30 and 25 tons respectively.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Brunnhilde_(Earth-616)

Carol Danvers (Earth-616) | Marvel Database - Fandom
Superhuman Strength: Captain Marvel is superhumanly strong thanks both to her hybrid organism[61] and to her ability of enhancing her physique by absorbing energy.[238] The specific level of strength has varied over the years and is dependant on how empowered she is. Originally, she was describe to have the strength of ten Kree soldiers.[104] After becoming Binary, her strength levels were deemed to be potentially unlimited;[141] although these levels were significantly reduced, she remained incredibly strong in comparison to other superhumans.[5] However, since she is able to absorb and manipulate various types of energy, she can use this redirected energy to temporarily increase her physical strength.[259] Currently, her strength level at its resting rate allows her to support well over one hundred tons, as she was able to support the weight of dead Celestial as one fell to Earth.[443] As a demonstration of her unlimited potential, when boosted by the energies of a nuclear explosion, she was able to knock the near-omnipotent Sentry out.[238]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Carol...rs_(Earth-616)

    Makkari (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Makkari possesses superhuman strength able to lift at least 30 tons under normal conditions.[citation needed]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Makkari_(Earth-616)

    Riri Williams (Earth-616)
    100 tons

    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Riri_...ms_(Earth-616)

    Joanna Cargill (Earth-616)
    Frenzy
Superhuman Strength: Frenzy is superhumanly strong and she possesses sufficient physical strength to lift at least 10 tons, and perhaps more, as she has been noted going toe-to-toe with such notably superhumanly strong beings such as She-Hulk.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Joann...ll_(Earth-616)

    Monet St. Croix (Earth-616)
    Class 10 Superhuman Strength[9]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Monet...ix_(Earth-616)

    Karla Sofen (Earth-616)
    Captain Marvel
    Meteorite
    Ms. Marvel
    Moonstone
Superhuman Strength: Karla possesses superhuman strength sufficient enough to lift around 10 tons.[89]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Karla_Sofen_(Earth-616)

    Ajak (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Ajak is superhumanly strong and can lift 25 tons.[2]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Ajak_(Earth-616)

    Sersi
Superhuman Strength: Sersi can bench/press at least 20 tons, however, she can increase this through her levitation and telekinetic abilities[55] and lift over 25 tons.[10]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Sersi_(Earth-616)

    Sharon Ventura (Earth-616)

Superhuman Strength: The cosmic radiation that transformed Ventura into her She-Thing form dramatically increased her normal level of strength. While in this form, she possesses sufficient superhuman strength to lift about 75 tons, making her nearly as strong as the Thing at one time.[citation needed]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Sharo...ra_(Earth-616)

    Thena (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Thena is superhumanly strong and can lift around 25 tons.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Thena_(Earth-616)

    Frankie Raye (Earth-616)
Superhuman Strength: Nova's cosmically enhanced form grants her physical strength far in excess of a human being. While channeling the Power Cosmic into acts of physical strength, she can augment her musculature to the point of being able to lift up to 40 tons.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Frankie_Raye_(Earth-616)

    Zarda Shelton (Earth-21195)
Superhuman Strength: Zarda possesses superhuman strength enabling her to lift About 85 tons.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Zarda..._(Earth-21195)

    Zarda (Earth-31916)
    https://images.wikia.com/marveldatab...3mmnwt9ne7.png
Superhuman strength: Zarda's physiology grants her incredible superhuman strength, comparable to that of her lover Hyperion and on par with the Thing.[14]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Zarda_(Earth-31916)

    Thundra (Earth-715)
Superhuman Strength: Thundra is superhumanly strong. She possesses sufficient strength to lift approximately 60 tons. Furthermore, this strength also extends to her legs, enabling her to leap 45 feet.[4]
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Thundra_(Earth-715)

    Namorita
Superhuman Strength: Like all Atlanteans, Namorita was superhumanly strong. While Namorita was immersed in water she was capable of lifting 75 tons (although prolonged surface activity could reduce her strength to 33% or lower).[citation needed]

There is no way Makkari is stronger than Thena.

And Iron Heart being class 100 is waaay too much. Even Iron Man seems to be barely class 50 nowadays.

Excellent work on all of that. Somewhere in all of that should fall Ultragirl as well I would think.

I didn't forget Sabra, I just wasn't sure if she'd received a power creep that would put her in the top 5 strongest. If so, cool, definitely include her.

I do not know of any power increase for Ruth. I think she is still at about 50 tons.

And now that I think about it, I vaguely recall reading somewhere that the original Miss America, Madeline Joyce, was supposed to be written like she was the Marvel version of Superman with her strength being off the charts. Of course, I think they scaled that back quite a bit when OHOTMU was released. Having "the strength of a thousand men" -- assuming that each one of those men were average 180 lbs and could lift their own body weight -- would still be impressive, if not top 5.
